When will my order arrive?

I have not received my order. What should I do?
If you have not received your order 6 working days after you have placed it, please contact us via WhatsApp (+61 447 143 428) any time between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Mondays to Fridays except public holidays. Don’t worry, we guarantee that you will receive your order or we will refund you in full.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange something that I’ve purchased?
You may return or exchange any goods that you’ve purchased within 14 days after they have been delivered to you for any of the following reasons:
Refunds will be made via online bank transfers to a bank account provided by you.
- Faulty or defective goods
- Best Before or Expiry date is less than 90 days after the date on which the goods have been delivered to you.
- Goods delivered was not what you’ve ordered

CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us via WhatsApp (+61 447 143 428) any time between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Mondays to Fridays except public holidays if you would like to cancel your order.
If we have not shipped out your order, we will be happy to cancel it and issue you a refund in the amount of your order minus a 3% processing fee. For example, if the total amount of your order is $100.00, we will refund you $97.00. Please understand that the 3% processing fee is necessary as incur banking charges when processing the payment for your order.

If we have shipped out your order, we will not be able to cancel your order even if you are willing to pay for the cost of shipping the goods back to us because the quality and hygienic condition of the goods can no longer be guaranteed. Even if the goods are unopened, we are unable to guarantee that they are have not been exposed to dangerous chemicals, germs, damaging temperatures and so on.
